Spiral LED Wall Light – Volutea

A thin black ribbon, spiraled at mid-height, connected to a long vertical line of light. The Volutea spiral LED wall light looks like a knotted line. The black ribbon is twisted only once. It crosses the luminous line without cutting it. The ribbon turns on itself in the centre, creating an elongated figure-eight shape.

The light follows the line along its entire height. Midway, the black ribbon interrupts and restarts it. The wall is illuminated in a narrow strip. The ribbon creates a soft shadow in the middle. The line of light is slightly more intense around the ribbon.

Next to a bed, at the end of a hallway, or between two windows, it emphasises the vertical. When turned off, a black relief shape remains. On the wall, the form draws the eye. From a distance, you see a black curve against a background of light. In a hallway, it reads from afar as a knotted line.

Spiral LED wall light in black aluminium, 60, 80 or 100 cm

Three heights: 60 cm, 80 cm, and 100 cm. The 60 cm fits into a recess. The 100 cm occupies the full height of a wall. The 60 cm is placed in a recess, the 100 cm on a large wall. The smallest size fits in a niche or between two windows; the largest marks an entire wall.

Three light temperatures: warm white at 3000 K, neutral white at 4000 K, cool white at 6000 K. Warm white is suitable for a bedroom or living room. Neutral white provides a crisper look. The finish is black aluminium. The three light shades provide three atmospheres: warm and enveloping, neutral and bright, cold and sharp.

The three temperatures correspond to three uses: bedroom, living room, work surface. On a very high wall, the 100 cm version is less easily lost than the 60 cm one. The black ribbon remains identical in all versions. A white wall makes the black of the ribbon stand out; a coloured wall reduces the contrast but keeps the shape legible.

Spiral wall light for bedroom, hallway, and living room

The spiral breaks the rigidity of a straight line. It draws the eye to the centre of the fitting. The spiral avoids the strict look of a straight line. In a bedroom, warm light remains the most comfortable for the evening. On a dark wall, the line of light remains legible while the black ribbon is only faintly visible, which changes the character of the fitting.

A spiral LED wall light like Volutea is suitable for clear walls. It replaces a frame or a mirror. The matte black aluminium prevents stray reflections on the adjacent wall.
