A large pear-shaped woven rattan shade hangs from a black rod. Its top is capped with a brown wooden finial. This rattan and wood pendant light lets light filter through a thousand small openings. The strands are light-coloured and woven in a regular pattern. They cross in a tight weave that evokes an antique basket.
The weave is tight at the bottom and more open at the top. The wooden finial is smooth and veined, with a warm brown hue. The very slender black rod connects the assembly to the ceiling. The bulb can be glimpsed through the mesh. The wooden finial turns slightly upward, softening the overall shape.
Above a kitchen island or table, the light falls in a soft halo. The pattern is projected onto the walls and ceiling. At night, the room is covered in diamond-shaped shadows. In the evening, the mesh illuminates one by one from within, making the pear shape appear golden.

How do I choose the right size?
Above a table, aim for about a third of its width. For a room, add the length and width in metres: the result provides a recommended diameter in centimetres. The exact dimensions are listed in each product description.
Are the light bulbs included?
Information regarding the bulbs (base, wattage, integrated LED or otherwise) is indicated in each product description. For a warm light, opt for a warm white around 2,700 K.
Can I install the light fitting myself?
If your ceiling or wall already has a light fitting point, installation remains simple. Always cut the power at the circuit breaker before working, and call an electrician if in doubt.
