A slim stem, a conical shade, a square base: everything is white, in a matte brushed metal. This rechargeable cordless lamp reads like a vertical line on the furniture. The stem is so thin that it almost disappears when looking at the lamp from the side.

The shade is narrow, slightly flared. Light exits downward and to the sides. The flat, square base holds the battery and hides the touch button. The matte white does not shine: it captures light without reflecting it, which avoids glare on the furniture. The white reflects the light from the shade onto the wall and slightly widens the illuminated area.

On a bedside table, a side table, or a ledge, it lights up without a cable. You can move it from one room to another. You spot it first by the shape of its shade, wider at the bottom than at the top.
