By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. They govern your use of the website. Purchases are governed separately by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, Returns & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and other policies.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted, subject to the rules on obvious pricing errors in our Terms and Conditions of Sale. You must not use "ATELIER LUMINA" or related branding in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist.

11. AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not affect your rights over an order already placed, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control or by unlawful or unauthorised use of the website by a user. Liability connected with buying products is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will continue to apply.

LGM Concept is established in France. These Terms of Use are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, this does not take away the mandatory protections that apply to you under the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts there.
