Curved LED wall light – Linaris

Two thin black bars, curved in an S-shape, wrap around a rectangular plate. The Linaris curved LED wall light traces neither a circle nor a straight line: it ripples across the wall. The two bars are so thin that they look like they were drawn with a pencil. They pass in front of the black plate without touching it. The curves are not symmetrical: one descends lower than the other.

The light follows the curves and reflects onto the central plate. A halo forms behind each bar. The wall takes on the shape of the light fitting. Each curve is illuminated along its entire length. The wall behind receives a halo that follows the design. The black plate absorbs the light and adds depth to the lines.

Above a sideboard, in an entryway, or next to a mirror, it reads like a drawing. When switched off, it maintains a clean black line. From a distance, you see a shape first. Up close, you distinguish the source. It takes up little space on the wall, but its design can be read from the other side of the room.

Black curved LED wall light, 60 or 80 cm, warm white or cool white

Two lengths: 60 cm and 80 cm. The 60 cm version is suitable for a narrow wall or for a pair on either side of a mirror. The 80 cm version works well on its own above furniture wider than 1 metre. The black finish conceals the mounts and leaves only the curve.

The light is available in warm white, between 2700 and 3500 K, or cool white, between 5500 and 7000 K. Warm white pairs well with wood and textiles. Cool white is suitable for a workspace. The finish is black. A textured wall softens the shape, while a smooth wall makes it look sharper.

The light temperature can be chosen between two ranges. In warm white, the wall takes on a beige tint. In cool white, it leans toward grey. In a narrow hallway, the 60 cm version avoids obstructing an adjacent door.

The curves soften a straight wall and a linear interior. They contrast with a shelf, a frame, or a door. A pair of 60 cm lamps on either side of a mirror provides even lighting on the face.

A curved LED wall light like Linaris avoids the rigidity that a straight fitting can create in a room with sharp angles. It draws the eye with its lines. The thin design does not interfere with neighboring frames and leaves space around the fitting.
