suspension-metal-vintage-a-cordon-reglable-modele-forge
Vintage metal pendant light – Forge

A flared, black metal cone hangs from a cord. The top is gold, like a brass cap. Beneath the cone, a filament bulb sits inside its metal cage. This vintage metal pendant light looks like a workshop fitting. The cone is low enough for the light to remain focused beneath it.

The matte black of the shade reflects nothing. The light interior directs the light downward. The cage reveals the filament. The cord is thin, the gold top very smooth. The metal cage around the bulb is reminiscent of construction or workshop lamps. The metal cage casts a subtle grid of shadow onto the work surface.

Above a kitchen counter, the light falls in a sharp cone. The work surface is illuminated, while the rest of the room remains in shadow. In a group, the cones overlap.

Vintage-style black metal pendant light, adjustable cord, LED bulb not included

The product sheet indicates a metal material and a black finish. The LED bulb is not included. Several prices are available depending on the configuration, including a single version. Above a counter, the right height allows you to see the face of the person sitting opposite.

The cord is height-adjustable. It is adjusted so that the edge of the cone is about 75 cm from the work surface. A warm white filament bulb highlights the metal cage. An LED filament bulb avoids the high heat of older bulbs while remaining faithful to the original look.

It is fixed to the ceiling with a mounting plate and screws. A single pendant light highlights a specific spot. Several aligned pendant lights illuminate a counter along its entire length. A globe or pear-shaped filament bulb fits well inside the cage. Compare the height of the counter and the stools before adjusting the length of the cord.

To compare shapes, materials, and sizes, browse our pendant lights. Our wall lights complement ceiling lighting with lower, softer wall lighting.

Metal pendant light for counters, kitchens, and dining areas

The cone directs light downward and prevents glare. It is suitable for work surfaces and dining tables. Its height is adjustable according to the size of the guests. The black hue goes well with faucets, handles, and metal chairs.

This vintage metal pendant light pairs well with wood, concrete, and vintage tiles. It evokes the workshops and cafés of yesteryear, without copying a specific model. In a dining area, it creates a bubble of light around the table.

The metal can be cleaned with a dry cloth. Allow the bulb to cool before touching the cage. In a hallway, a row of three pendant lights adds rhythm to the space. In the evening, the cone casts a sharp circle on the surface, like a discreet spotlight.

Specifications

Type: vintage-style decorative pendant light.

Material: metal.

Light source: LED bulb not included.

Usage: indoor.

Installation: ceiling, mounting plate and screws included.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0752/5430/0868/files/image_001-ec600d5b-66bc-4073-8118-b29a96a9cfe2.webp?v=1791182939
