lampe-sans-fil-abat-jour-plisse-led-modele-flux
Cordless pleated lampshade lamp – Flux

A transparent lampshade, pleated in vertical strips, flared like a bell. It rests on a very slender black stem and a domed base. This cordless pleated lampshade lamp reveals the bulb through the pleats. The folds are regular and crisp, as if hand-cut from a rigid material.

The pleats break the light into regular rays. The black of the stem and base contrasts with the light-coloured material. The silhouette is tall, narrow, and light. You can see the bulb through the material, surrounded by vertical lines that segment it.

On a coffee table or a covered patio ledge, it illuminates by casting fine lines onto the tablecloth. During the day, it remains a transparent object. The black stem is so thin that it makes the lampshade appear to float above the base.

Cordless table lamp in metal and pleated acrylic, white, black, or gold, USB charging

The product sheet announces three finishes: white, black, and gold. The photo shows the black version. The domed base is heavy enough to keep the lamp stable, even on a narrow piece of furniture.

The LED is integrated, 4 W at 5 V, with three light temperatures: warm white, neutral white, and cool white. A touch control adjusts the intensity. The battery recharges via USB in about an hour. A charge of about an hour is enough to resume use: you can start it at the end of the day, using your phone charger.

The lamp is used indoors and on a covered patio. It requires no installation: just place it down and turn it on. The touch control allows you to switch between shades without having to look for a button.

To compare with other low-profile light sources, browse our table lamps. A wall light extends the same light onto the neighboring wall, using similar materials and shades.

Rechargeable lamp for coffee table, covered patio, and bedside

The pleats of the lampshade cast a pattern of lines on the surface. On a light-coloured tablecloth or a wooden table, the effect is sharp. On a light-coloured tablecloth, the line pattern is clear. On a wooden table, it softens.

This cordless pleated lampshade lamp goes well with metal, glass, and ceramic. It remains visually light, despite its height. In the centre of a covered patio table, it replaces a flameless candle.

It does not handle rain well: bring it inside when the patio is no longer sheltered. Brought inside for the evening, it is easy to store: its battery makes it easy to move. It can be stored in a drawer or cupboard when the season changes.

Specifications

Type: cordless, rechargeable table lamp.

Available finishes: white, black, gold.

Materials: metal and pleated acrylic.

Light source: integrated LED.

Power: 4 W, 5 V.

Light temperature: warm white, neutral white, cool white.

Dimmable: yes, touch control.

Power supply: USB-rechargeable battery, charges in about an hour.

Usage: indoor and covered outdoor.

Installation: none, table lamp.
